Based in Johannesburg, Bev opened her coaching practice in 2008 after an 18 year Corporate Career.  Her vast experience in motivating individuals and creating high performance teams and her International Coaching Accreditation, ensures that she has the relevant experience to coach and motivate individuals within their personal and professional capacities.

As a development and success coach, Bev works with a client to create the life that they want by formulating clear and achievable goals and taking the steps to implement these.  Coaching does not involve telling the client what to do or how to do it; rather it is an empowering process which supports self corrective behaviour.

Bev has had the privilege of working with a number of prominent Companies and using a set of fundamental coaching tools, she has assisted individuals across the board to make significant and positive life shifts, clarify their values and pursue their purpose.  Bev further equips coachees with self monitoring and measurement tools to ensure that they take their newly acquired skills and competencies into the future.
